One contractor for the systems your business runs on
Core Q Technologies LLC FZ trades as COREQ Technologies from Meydan Road, Al Sheba in Dubai. We design, supply, install and maintain the information technology, security and extra-low-voltage systems that UAE businesses depend on daily.
We were formed around a specific frustration that clients kept describing: technology projects delivered by three or four separate vendors, none of whom owned the interfaces between their systems, and none of whom left behind documentation that matched what was actually installed. When something failed at the boundary, the client became the integrator by default.
Our answer is to take the whole stack under one scope — network, security, surveillance, telephony and support — with a single point of accountability and an as-built pack handed over at completion.

What we are licensed to do
Our commercial licence covers five activities. Everything we sell sits inside them.
Information technology systems planning and design
Information technology network services
Cyber risk auditing, review and testing
Managed cyber security services
Six principles we hold to
Licensed for what we sell
Core Q Technologies LLC FZ holds licensed activities covering IT wholesale, IT systems planning and design, IT network services, cyber risk auditing and managed cyber security services.
One accountable contractor
IT, security, ELV and telephony under one scope of work — no gaps between vendors when something at the interface fails.
Documentation as a deliverable
Drawings, schedules, IP plans and credentials handed over as a structured pack. If it is not documented, it is not finished.
Support that answers
Defined response targets written into the contract, with actual performance published in your monthly service report.
Security-first by default
Segmentation, hardening and backup verification are part of every deployment, not an upsell after the first incident.
Straight answers on cost
Assumptions and exclusions stated in the proposal. If a cheaper approach will serve you just as well, we will say so.
A delivery method that removes surprises
Every engagement follows the same six stages. You always know which stage you are in, what has been agreed, and what is outstanding.
Discovery & site survey
We visit the site, understand how you actually work, and document the existing environment before proposing anything.
Design & proposal
You receive a written scope, a design, a bill of materials and a price — with assumptions and exclusions stated plainly.
Delivery & installation
Scheduled work with an agreed programme, minimal disruption to operations, and progress visibility throughout.
Testing & commissioning
Every device tested, every interface demonstrated, and defects closed before handover rather than after.
Handover & documentation
As-built drawings, device schedules, credentials and O&M documentation handed over in a structured pack.
Support & AMC
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and helpdesk support under an annual contract with defined response targets.
