Integrated ELV package
Cabling, security, communication and AV systems delivered as one coordinated scope with a single point of accountability.
ELV scopes go wrong when five subcontractors each install their own system and nobody owns the interfaces between them. The result is a building where the fire alarm does not release the doors, the intercom does not reach the guard, and no drawing reflects reality.
COREQ takes the ELV package as an integrated scope — coordinated containment, one cabling standard, tested interfaces between systems, and an as-built pack that matches the installation.
Final scope is confirmed after a site survey and issued in writing before work begins.
Cabling, security, communication and AV systems delivered as one coordinated scope with a single point of accountability.
Zoned PA, background music, video door entry and guard communication designed for coverage and intelligibility, not just speaker count.
Gate barriers, bollards, loop detectors, ANPR and ticketing integrated with your access control platform.
Content distribution to screens across the building, meeting room AV, and digital signage with scheduled content.
Every device tested, every interface between systems demonstrated, and defects closed out before handover rather than after.
Layout drawings, device schedules, cable schedules, test records and O&M manuals — the pack that makes the system maintainable.
We would rather scope you correctly than sell you the largest option. If a smaller package genuinely covers your requirement, that is what we will propose.

Every engagement follows the same six stages. You always know which stage you are in, what has been agreed, and what is outstanding.
We visit the site, understand how you actually work, and document the existing environment before proposing anything.
You receive a written scope, a design, a bill of materials and a price — with assumptions and exclusions stated plainly.
Scheduled work with an agreed programme, minimal disruption to operations, and progress visibility throughout.
Every device tested, every interface demonstrated, and defects closed before handover rather than after.
As-built drawings, device schedules, credentials and O&M documentation handed over in a structured pack.
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and helpdesk support under an annual contract with defined response targets.
Extra low voltage covers the building's low-current systems: structured cabling, CCTV, access control, public address, intercom, IPTV, AV, parking control and the associated containment. It is everything that carries signal rather than mains power.
Yes. On fit-out and construction projects we work to the consultant's specification, attend coordination meetings, issue material submittals for approval and align our containment routes with the MEP services before installation starts.
Yes, subject to a condition survey. We document what has been installed, identify what deviates from the specification, and issue a report before committing to a completion programme — so responsibility for pre-existing defects stays clear.
Yes. ELV systems can be placed under an annual maintenance contract covering scheduled inspection, firmware and software updates, spares handling and fault attendance.
Fixed-fee IT support that keeps your users working — remote helpdesk, scheduled preventive maintenance and on-site engineers under one annual maintenance contract.
