We prepare the drawings, device schedules and configuration records in the format needed for submission, and will confirm the current approval route that applies to your premises before work starts.
It depends on how long it typically takes for an incident to be discovered. Thirty days is a common baseline for offices and retail; some premises types and insurers require more. We size storage against your chosen retention rather than fitting retention to a recorder that has already been bought.
Yes. We start with a condition survey — camera-by-camera image check, recording verification, storage health, network load and cabling condition — then give you a report showing what works, what is failing and what should be replaced. You can then place the system under AMC.
Yes. Where the platforms support it, we link door events to camera bookmarks so a badge swipe or a forced-door alarm jumps straight to the matching video clip, which removes most of the time spent searching footage.
